Description
This grip implemented helps you train you finger tip strength and grip holds. It can be attached to a load pin for single hand finger tip lifts or it can be attached to a cable style machine.
If you are up to and extreme challeng, you can attach it to a pull up bar and either to two handed Cliff Hanger pull ups or one hand Cliff Hangers while your other hand is doing traditional pull-ups.
