Products are warrantied to the original owner for their lifetime. Every build is photographed before it leaves. This allows us to track the original owner and the exact products they have purchased. Should a product ever fail, all that is needed is a top view photo and a photo of the damage. We will check the item and build a replacement. Your only expense is the shipping charge of your product.
*Custom orders do not qualify for the lifetime warranty being as the design is out of our control.
Item Received with Damaged or Missing Parts
Should you receive an item that has been damaged, email us a picture of the damage along with a photo of the packaging. We will file a claim for you with the shipping provider.
Cancel Purchase: Should you decide to cancel your purchase before your item ships, funds will be returned to the original source of payment used for the transaction.
Refunds for returned items: Should you decide for any reason that you would like to return your item(s), you have 15 days from the day it was received to make a return. Once we receive the return, funds will be will be issued to the original source of payment used for the transaction. Refunds are processed the next business day they are received.
Warranty items: We do not offer refunds for warranty claims.
