This Grip Machine is modeled after Bruce Lee’s original grip machine. While we have stayed very close to his original design we have modified the design to be a little more friendly to modern plate sized and modern material manufacturing.  In other words, this is a better version of the original while still staying true to the important aspects of the design.

Description

  1.   Small foot print to keep as much gym area free for other equipment as possible.
  2. Designed for use with up to 25lb plates. 45lb plates will not fit this grip machine. Our larger machine will accept 45lb plates
  3.  Up to 150lbs of plate space.
  4. Plate space on the inside is 12 inches wide. (Measure your plates to check plate width.)
  5. Load Pin is 9 inches long
