Warranty Information
Products are warrantied to the original owner for their lifetime. Every build is photographed before it leaves. This allows us to track the original owner and the exact products they have purchased. Should a product ever fail, all that is needed is a top view photo and a photo of the damage. We will check the item and build a replacement. Your only expense is the shipping charge of your product.
*Custom orders do not qualify for the lifetime warranty being as the design is out of our control.
Item Received with Damaged or Missing Parts
Should you receive an item that has been damaged, email us a picture of the damage along with a photo of the packaging. We will file a claim for you with the shipping provider.
Refund Policy
Cancel Purchase: Should you decide to cancel your purchase before your item ships, funds will be returned to the original source of payment used for the transaction.
Refunds for returned items: Should you decide for any reason that you would like to return your item(s), you have 15 days from the day it was received to make a return. Once we receive the return, funds will be will be issued to the original source of payment used for the transaction. Refunds are processed the next business day they are received.
Warranty items: All items have a lifetime warranty covering workmanship and materials. To make a warranty claim please email david@gorillastrength.us with the following information:
- Description of issue with the product
- Photo of that issue with the product.
- Best contact information for you.
- What the best possible outcome for you would be.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us either by email: david@gorillastrength.us or by phone 270 287 3853 to receive a return authorization number.
- Repackage your item with the return authorization number included and ship to
